Project overview
Vintage clothing app is a platform for selling and buying clothes that need new owners.
Overall problem
Before starting the project, I did a little research, the result of which was that people do not want to use this kind of application, because they are put off by the idea of wearing clothing that has been already used.Goal
Avoid using the word worn, secondhand, vintage, etc. anywhere, but present the idea that users with their purchase give clothes a second chance at life, this is about respect for the environment, waste reduction, and minimizing the environmental impact of fashion production.
User research
Who is the user?
people between 18 and 50 who are searching for unique pieces or affordable clothing options and bargain deals. People who stand for sustainability and prioritize ethical consumption. Users who love different styles and trends in fashion and who have a passion for vintage fashion and nostalgia. People who would like to save money.

I want to find what I want very quicklylack of filters
Apps with a lot of clothes often have many different products, so they often look cluttered, which turns users off and makes them want to stop using the app.difficult navigation
Such apps are often not well structured, and users need a lot of time to find a specific product

Key takeaways
Key takeaways
What I learned
I learned to use visual elements to convey the marketing idea, evoke emotions, and enhance usability.- I also learned how to create an application in which users can find the product they need as easily as possible. (what types of filters to use, add quick filters on the page with an overview of all products, make a clear structure).
- I learned how to apply e-commerce best practices (clear product pricing, check-out process, and shipping information).
Next steps
Due to the small amount of time allocated to the project, it was not possible to test it on users.- During my user research, I noticed the following problem: some users are looking for a specific item on such apps, but it is not available, so they would like the application to notify them when such an item becomes available, so it would be great to try to develop this idea and test it on users.
